User Agreement

1. Registration and Access:

• The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
• The user is responsible for the security of their own account credentials.
• The user agrees not to share their account credentials with third parties.

2. Rights and Obligations of the User:

• The user commits to using the Portal in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to public  procurements.
• The user is responsible for the information they post.
• The user agrees not to infringe on the rights of other users.

3. Intellectual Property:

• All rights to the content of the Portal belong to its owners.
• Copying, disseminating, or using materials from the Portal without attribution to the source (Portal) and the author of the publication is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability:

• The Portal Administration is not responsible for any errors, viruses, interruptions in service, data loss, or other issues that may arise from using the Portal.
• The user bears full responsibility for their access to and use of the Portal. The Portal Administration does not guarantee
• uninterrupted, error-free, or unrestricted access to the Portal at any time.
• The Portal is not responsible for the actions of users or third parties.

5. Data Privacy and Processing:

• The Portal collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and privacy policies.

6. Amendment and Termination:

• The Portal Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of the agreement.
• In case of violation of any terms in the User Agreement or the Code of Ethics of the “Kun Jarygy” Coalition, the Portal Administration has the right to remove the expert/organization profile from the Portal.
• The user can discontinue using the Portal at any time.
