Non-compliance of public procurements with the list of goods, works, and services as per Article 8 “Procedure for Centralized Public  Procurements” of the Law

The public procurement of goods, works, and services does not match the list of goods, works, and services for which procurements are conducted by single procurement organizers. These organizers are determined by the authorized body according to Article 8 “Procedure for Centralized Government Procurements” of the Law. 

This list is established based on the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2018, No. 1127.

To identify such violations using the module, one needs to:

• Identify lots for goods amounting to more than 8,000 MCI, and works and services amounting to more than 20,000 MCI.
• For these lots, the procurement should be conducted by a single government procurement organizer of national significance.
• In cases of non-compliance, it is considered a violation.
